Order minimums, lead times, samples, shipping and technical detail, answered plainly.
What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pieces for most in-stock formats. Customised formats and private moulds typically start at 1,000 pieces because of tooling, material sourcing and setup costs. If you need less than 500 for a trial run, tell us. We can sometimes release part of a stock batch.
How long does an order take?
In-stock items without decoration ship in 5–7 working days. With decoration, allow 3–4 weeks. Customised formats run 5–6 weeks. A new private mould takes 10–14 weeks from approved drawing to first production.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes, as long as each individual item meets its own minimum. Mixing helps you reach freight efficiency without overcommitting on any single format.
Do you hold stock for repeat orders?
For regular clients we hold agreed buffer stock so repeat orders ship faster. This is arranged case by case once we understand your volume pattern.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of in-stock formats are usually dispatched within two working days. We strongly recommend testing your actual formula in the pack before committing to production.
Do samples cost anything?
Sample units are charged at cost plus shipping. That amount is credited against your first production order, so effectively they are free once you proceed.
Can I get a decorated sample?
Yes, but decorated samples require artwork setup, so there is a one-off charge and a 7–10 day lead time. For a private mould, decorated samples are part of the approval stage.
How is pricing calculated?
Unit price depends on quantity, material, decoration method and colour count. Tooling for private moulds is quoted separately and up front. We do not add staged charges once a project is running.
What payment terms do you offer?
New clients: 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch. Established clients with order history can apply for 30-day terms. Tooling is always paid before mould manufacture begins.
Do prices include shipping?
Quotes are ex-works by default. We can quote FOB or DDP on request, including export documentation and customs handling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to over 30 countries. We handle export documentation and can arrange air or sea freight depending on your timeline and volume.
How is packaging protected in transit?
Components ship in polybags inside double-wall cartons on pallets. Glass and decorated items get additional interleaving. We have not had a transit damage claim in three years.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage on arrival and tell us within seven days. We replace confirmed transit damage at no charge and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
Will your packaging work with my formula?
Most formulas are fine with standard PET and PP, but essential oils, high-alcohol and high-pH products need checking. Send us your formula details and we will advise, or supply samples for you to test.
What neck sizes do you offer?
Common sizes are 18mm, 20mm, 24mm, 38mm, 45mm, 58mm and 70mm. Each product page lists its neck size. If you have an existing filling line, tell us the size and we will match it.
Can you match a specific Pantone?
Yes, through spray coating or masterbatch colouring. Matching is exact on opaque materials; on translucent materials expect slight variation because the base resin tints the result.
Are your materials food grade?
Our PET, PP and HDPE are available in food-grade specification with supporting documentation. Specify this at enquiry stage, as it affects resin sourcing.
