When you submit an enquiry or quote request we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the project details you provide. We also collect standard web analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location.
How We Use It
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and fulfil orders. If you become a client we retain your details for order history and to support repeat orders.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly subscribed.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will continue to work, though some preferences will not persist.
Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client order records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and warranty obligations.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@jeanandjon.com and we will respond within 30 days.
